The Blair Countians membership is made of many different sectors of the community such as: Youth, Parents, Business Community, Media, Schools, Youth-Serving Agencies, Law-Enforcement Agencies, Religious or Fraternal Organizations, Civic and Volunteer Groups, Healthcare Professionals, State, Local and Tribal Governmental Agencies and other organizations involved in reducing substance abuse.
